I didn’t receive my confirmation email
Check your spam or promotions folder, then use “Resend confirmation” on the sign-in form. Links expire, so always use the most recent email.
It says I have already voted
Each account and each phone number can vote once per category. If someone in your household used the same phone number in that category, it cannot be used again there. You can still vote in the other categories.
My connection dropped while voting
Reopen the same nominee. You will be asked to check your vote status first, so your vote is never sent twice.
Where can I see my votes?
Sign in and open My votes. You will see each category you have voted in, with receipt numbers.

Include your receipt number if your question is about a vote. Never share your password.
